Mauna Lani, Auberge Resort

The wedding will take place at the Mauna Lani Resort, where we plan on staying from Tuesday-Saturday. If you would like to stay on site (recommended), you can book at our special wedding rate using the instructions below. This is not a room block in that they don’t reserve a number of rooms for us in advance, you as our guests can just book rooms at this special rate. Because of this, book soon and early if you want to stay on site and get this rate. January is a VERY busy time in Hawaii so things are booking up quickly, we cannot say this enough please book your accommodations ASAP!!

Rates:

• Standard Rooms: $569+ per room, per night. Standard is any combination of Mountain View Rooms, Garden View Rooms and/or Partial Ocean View Rooms. 

• Partial Ocean View Rooms: $619+ per room, per night.

• Ocean View Rooms: $669+ per room, per night.

• Suites: 20% off the lowest available published website rates at the time of booking.

Booking Process:

To book, email mnl.groups@aubergeresorts.com with the subject line: booking request date (your dates) with code DALYSCHWARZ0125

In the body of the email please include your name, your dates, and your requested room type.

Once this is received, you will get an email back with the confirmed request, and shortly after a link to submit your payment and an ID (THESE ARE TWO STEPS YOU HAVE TO DO BOTH).

When both are complete, the next day you should get an email confirmation of your booking. if you do not, email the person Frances who sends the initial confirmation of your request and she should be able to confirm the room is booked and send the confirmation.

After all this madness, you should be all set to enjoy a lovely time in Hawaii with us :).

Other options nearby!

The best thing about this location is there are options nearby if staying at the Mauna Lani isn’t it! Just be sure to map the driving/walking route as many of the hotels sit around lava fields cannot be traveled through. Here are a few we have found that look great.

The Islands at Mauna Lani (Link)

This is a private community of suites right next to the Mauna Lani (half mile walk or drive)! Has pool, beach access, and all suites have kitchens and communal living area.

Mauna Lani Terrace Condos (Link)

This is a condo building right on the ocean, and directly next to Mauna Lani. This is another great option that’s about a 10 minute walk from the ceremony, or a 2 minute drive. This website seems to have been built in the 80s and not updated since, so it took us a little tinkering to figure out how to book. The link will bring you directly to the site where all of the accommodation options are listed. To the right is a side bar where you can enter information about your travel. Do NOT search in that bar, it will show no availability. Instead, select an individual unit, and once in the units page, you can see the calendar with availability. Once you select your date(s) it will show you the price for the entire stay.

Airbnb

Airbnb is always an option and there are a ton in the area near by. Just keep in mind to check out how close to the venue the airbnb is so hopefully no one ends up too far away from us!

Of course you are welcome to stay at whatever hotel looks good to you!
